This portfolio website is operated by CHUANTIANYE VISUALS (川田野视觉), a visualization studio based in Xi’an, China.

A verified business email will be displayed below before public launch. It will be the contact for privacy questions, access or correction requests, withdrawal of a voluntary enquiry and deletion requests.

The brief builder can contain your preferred reply channel, name, email, WhatsApp or WeChat ID, company, country or region, project type, intended image use, image quantity, preferred timing, project description, file link and how you found the studio.

The form currently creates a text summary in your browser. It does not submit entries to our server, save a draft in browser storage or set a draft cookie.

Approved portfolio links may contain a limited platform label such as LinkedIn, Behance or ArtStation. The website uses that label only to prefill the visible “How you found us” field; you can change it before copying or sending the brief.

Like other query parameters, an approved platform label can appear in the initial request and essential hosting or security logs. It never contains personal contact details, account names or free-text campaign data, and the website removes the label from the address bar after the page loads.

When you voluntarily send an enquiry, the studio uses the information to review scope, prepare and discuss a quotation, communicate during production, deliver agreed work and maintain essential business records.

The website never sends the brief without your action. Email and WhatsApp can open a prefilled draft after you select the corresponding send button; you still review and send it. For WeChat, the website copies the brief and studio ID so you can paste the message yourself.

当你主动发送询盘后，工作室会使用这些信息评估工作范围、准备并沟通报价、进行制作沟通、交付约定成果并保留必要的业务记录。网站不会在未经你操作时发送需求；选择邮件或 WhatsApp 发送按钮后会打开预填草稿，仍需由你确认发送。微信方式只会复制项目需求和工作室微信号，由你自行粘贴发送。

Hosting and security providers may process essential request and security logs. If you choose email, WhatsApp, WeChat or a cloud-drive link, those independent providers process the messages or files under their own terms.

Because the studio works internationally and service providers may operate in multiple regions, information you choose to send can be processed outside your country or region.

托管与安全服务商可能处理维持网站运行和防护所必需的请求及安全日志。如果你选择邮箱、WhatsApp、微信或网盘链接，这些独立服务商会按照各自条款处理消息或文件。由于工作室面向国际项目，相关服务也可能在多个地区运行，你主动发送的信息可能在所在国家或地区之外被处理。

Unsaved browser form entries disappear when you leave or refresh the page. For enquiries you send, the draft policy is to delete or anonymize unsuccessful enquiry correspondence within 12 months after the last meaningful contact.

Contracted project records and accounting materials may be kept for the period required to perform the agreement and meet applicable legal, tax or dispute-resolution obligations. Working files and delivery archives follow the project agreement; ask before sending confidential or unreleased files.

After public launch, you may ask what enquiry information the studio holds, request correction or deletion, withdraw a voluntary enquiry, or object to further non-essential use by writing to the verified business email displayed below.

Please do not send identity documents, payment credentials, information about children or unrelated sensitive personal information. If a project requires confidentiality, request an NDA before sharing restricted drawings or unreleased product files.
